In Mega Mindy en de Snoepbaron staat Mega Mindy voor haar moeilijkste strijd ooit, want ze moet het opnemen tegen de mensen waarvan ze echt houdt. Alles draait om liefde en snoep in deze film. Al snel blijkt dat de gemene snoepbaron Louis hier achter zit. Door een gemene list komen de vrienden van Mieke één voor één in de macht van de snoepbaron. Zal Mega Mindy haar geliefden kunnen redden? Het wordt een uiterst spannende race tegen de klok.
